Gazprom CEO Alexei Miller and the French company Total's President Christophe de Margerie discussed the progress made under earlier signed agreements for the development of the first phase of the Shtokman field in Paris today, the Russian gas giant's press office reported according to RBC. The chief executives noted that the work to draft a shareholder agreement and the Articles of Association of a special-purpose vehicle company was progressing as scheduled. Miller and de Margerie also discussed matters concerning the formation of the company's governing bodies.
