Rosneft vice presidents Alexei Kuznetsov, who is in charge of strategic projects and science, and Valery Borisenko, who runs information technology, are retiring, a Rosneft official told Interfax.
Kuznetsov's acting replacement will be Science Director Mars Khasanov, who heads the science and technical center at the company.
