RF Transport Minister approves master plan for development of Murmansk port transport hub

On December, 3, 2007, RF Transport Minister Igor Levitin approved master plan for development of Murmansk port transport hub. The plan was ordered by the RF Government within the framework of RF Transport Strategy and was developed by design institute Lenmorniiproekt OJSC with participation of Lengiprotrans OJSC and TSNIIMF CJSC, B-Port reports. The document specifying the perspectives for development of Murmansk port will be a part of Territorial Planning of the Russian Federation in Development of Federal Transport, Routes, Information and Communications in compliance with Federal Law On sea ports in Russian Federation and alterations to some legislative acts of the Russian Federation.
