Earlier S.Vishnyakov borrowed the post of the general director, the director on the strategic development, the director on technical development and construction in the Open Society "Seaport St.-Petersburg".
On the new post he will be responsible for coordination of realization of projects which "Ust-Luga" develops.
The Open Society "Company "Ust-Luga", created in 1992, is the customer-builder of the trading seaport of Ust-Luga. The project provides creation of the most deep-water Russian port on Baltic, capable to accept dry-cargo vessels deadweight up to 75 thousand ton. Construction of the trading port is realized within the limits of the federal target program "Modernization of transport system of Russia" on the principles of state-private partnership. It is the port of universal purpose throughput up to 120mln ton of cargoes a year. By 2010 it is planned to bring the turnover of goods up to 36mln ton.
The net profit of the company "Ust-Luga" under RSFA in 2006 has grown in 7.3 times up to 22.796mln rbl. The net profit in 2007, under the forecast of the company, can decrease down to $4.98mln in comparison with the parameter of 2006.
We shall remind, that the Open Society "Russian railways" on December, 29th, 2006 have redeemed 8.5% (5272 shares by face value of 500 rbl.) of the authorized capital of the company "Ust-Luga" for 184.52mln rbl.
