Russia is likely to see 1%-1.5% inflation in December, Deputy Russian Economic Development and Trade Minister Andrei Belousov told reporters according to Interfax.
"My estimate for December is between 1% and 1.5%. We're hoping inflation won't be as high as 12% in the full year, but it could be 11.5%," Belousov said.
