Court invalidates strike of First Stevedoring Company (Sea Port of St. Petersburg)

On December 6, 2007, St. Petersburg municipal court acknowledged the strike of the employees of First Stevedoring Company CJSC to be illegal, the Direction on external and internal communications of Sea Port of St. Petersburg OJSC reports. The decision came into effect immediately. Thus the strike of First Stevedoring Company CJSC is completely called off.

The strike of dock workers of First Stevedoring Company (part of Sea Port of St. Petersburg) was terminated till December 14 under the Court’s decision dated November 16.
