Trade Port Posiet OJSC placed under management of Mechel-Trans LLC

Shareholders of Trade Port Posiet  OJSC (Primorski Territory) have decided to terminate the authority of the Managing Company Mechel LLC, Interfax reports according to Gudok.Ru. According to the company’s Friday announcement, the shareholders decided to place the company under management of Mechel-Trans LLC (subsidiary of Mechel OJSC). Trade Port Posiet  OJSC specializes in transshipment of export coal (mainly to Japan). Mechel OJSC owns 97.0971% of Trade Port Posiet  OJSC.
