South Korea's SLS Shipping said it has won an order worth $620 billion to build 10 45,000 deadweight tonnage chemical tankers for the Dubai-based United Arab Chemical Carriers.
"The order included a request to use a specific paint of 'marineline coating' for its cargo tank, and we were the only domestic company with the technology," SLS Shipping said in a statement.
The ships would be delivered by late February 2012, SLS added.
