Old Dominion Freight Line has signed an agreement to purchase selected assets of Bullocks Express Transportation.
Headquartered in Denver, Colorado, Bullocks Express generates approximately $17 million a year in sales through its network of eight service centres in five states.
The transaction includes the purchase of selected assets including all revenue equipment, certain office equipment, and all sales formation and records .
Effective Friday, December 14th, Bullocks Express Transportation’s eight terminal operations and its entire route structure will be combined with Old Dominion’s network, increasing it to 192 service centres.
The acquisition gives ODFL an additional service centre in Farmington, New Mexico.
Old Dominion currently provides direct coverage to 47 states, with 100% full state coverage to 38 states.
