Agility has signed an agreement to acquire the Paris-based Medgroup, which includes Medorient Algeria, Medorient France and Med-Logistics UK.
The Medgroup is a freight forwarding and logistics company that manages general cargo, fairs & exhibitions and project logistics, with a specialisation in the oil and gas industry.
The acquisition further strengthens Agility’s global network with eight offices across the three countries. Algeria is a new country on Agility’s network map, and Meorient’s Marseille office will extend Agility’s presence in France.
