Russia likely to hike oil export duty

Russia's oil export duty is expected to be raised to roughly $330 per tonne from February 1, 2008, Alexander Sakovich, Deputy Head of the Customs Payments Department of the Russian Finance Ministry, told RBC today. He noted that export duty is likely to be set at $235-237 and $127 per tonne of light and heavy refined oil products.
