Analysts expect summer futures price up, winter – down, on diesel fuel

The price of summer diesel fuel may increase while a slight drop is expected in winter price, Vergen Oil’s fuel market forecast said.

According to the consulting company’s analysts, the diesel summer price increase is possible due to the fuel exports growth, and to the seasonal increase in demand at the regional level.

At the same time the diesel winter price reduction is likely to continue. However, the experts say, they expect a slight cutback from the earlier figures, as the global oil and oil products quotations continue to rise.
