Arshiya International's profit soars 43 percent in FY 2012
Arshiya International Ltd, a Unified Supply Chain Infrastructure and Solutions Group, announced consolidated revenue of Rs 1054.75 crore for FY 2012 as against Rs 821.52 crore for FY 2011, registering an increase of 28%, Daily Shipping Times reports.
EBITDA grew 70% to Rs 270.10 crore in FY12 as compared to Rs 159.22 crore in FY 2011. Consolidated Net Profit is Rs 117.64 crore in FY 2012, as against Rs 82.01 crore last year, an increase of 43%.
For Q4FY12 consolidated total revenue of Rs 310.82 crore for the quarter-ended March 31, 2012 as against Rs 234.36 crore in the corresponding period last year; registering an increase of 33%. Consolidated EBIDTA for Q4FY12 was ` 79.50 crore as against Rs 54.04 crore in the corresponding quarter registering a 47% increase. Consolidated Net Profit for the quarter also increased 43% to Rs 27.71 crore up from Rs 19.40 crore.
Commenting on the results Mr Ajay S Mittal – Group Chairman & Managing Director of Arshiya International Ltd said “Arshiya has achieved a new milestone in our evolution as we cross the Rs 1,000 crore mark this financial year. Our new business of FTWZ and Rail are already contributing nearly half of the overall revenue and this year of FY13 is extremely exciting with our unified supply chain infrastructure at Khurja becoming operational that includes FTWZ, Distribution Hub and Rail terminal”.
