Putin allows multiple entry of foreign cargo vessels to Sochi till December 30, 2010

Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has issued a resolution authorising the “multiple entry in the period until December 30, 2010 of foreign vessels in areas of the internal sea waters and territorial sea of the Russian Federation, Itar-Tass reports.” The document says that this is done “for ensuring the delivery of cargoes needed for the construction of Olympic facilities in Sochi.”
