Oil price up to $53.47 in London and down to $52.51 in New York

In London, the May Brent Crude contract was up $0.72 on April 3 to $53.47 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude for May delivery fell $0.13 to $52.51 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Finmarket reports.
