Accident rate at Russian sea transport down 43% in Q1 09

In the first quarter of 2009, accident rate at Russian sea transport fell by 43% to 4 cases against 7 cases in 2008 and 16 cases in 2007, RosTransNadzor (Federal Service for Transport Supervision) states.
