TNK-BP recalls offer on Sibir Energy purchase following Gazprom Neft's offer

Credit Suisse Group AG has rescinded an offer on the purchase of stock in Sibir Energy for TNK-BP (RTS: TNBP) at a price of 430 pence per share, Credit Suisse said in a statement according to Interfax.

Gazprom  Neft  (RTS:  SIBN)  on  Thursday  offered to buy the Sibir Energy stock for 500 pence per share.
