RZD and Russian transport machine building enterprises sign cooperation charter

Today OAO RZD signed a charter on cooperation with Russian transport machine building enterprises, RZD-Partner reports. 

The document was signed by top-managers of OAO RZD, Sinara-Transport Machines, and Transmashholding.

“This charter means continuation of the system work held by OAO RZD and transport machine building enterprises. Its target is to make the latter take voluntary obligations to fulfill and implement transport machine building standards. We’d like we could define the level of the enterprises we deal with,” said Vladimir Yakunin, President of OAO RZD after signing the document.

In the opinion of Nikolay Vinnichenko, Russian President Plenipotentiary in the Ural Federal Region, this document is very important for the economy of the region. “The charter signed by OAO RZD and transport machine building enterprises, envisaging partnership and future interaction, will allow us to overcome the crisis maximally fast,” he said.
