In the first quarter of 2009, net loss of Krasnoye Sormovo shipyard amounted to RUR 117.353 mln against RUR 58.269 of net profit in the same period of the previous year, the shipyard officially states.
The company attributes the result to «reevaluation of credits due to a change in the exchange rate» as well as to «low sales against fixed costs».
In the forth quarter of 2008, the shipyard’s net loss amounted to RUR 133.062 mln.
