The Board of Directors of Volga Shipping OJSC (Volga-Fleet OJSC) the meeting of which was held on April 28, decided to recommend the annual general meeting of the shareholders to approve payment of RUR 31.31 per each A-class preferred share and RUR 9.92 per each ordinary share as dividends for 2008, the company officially states.
As it was reported earlier, the general meeting of Volga-Fleet shareholders is to be held on June 3, 2009 according to a normal agenda.
