  MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company announces a Peak Season Surcharge (PSS) to be applied to cargo frrom any Asian port to the Indian Ocean, South Africa, Mozambique & East Africa as of November 1st, 2013 Gate-In date by USD 400 per TEU, the Company said in a press release.
