Incat Tasmania has won the Manufacturer of the Year award in the 2013 Tasmanian Export Awards, recognising the significant innovation in the design and construction of Francisco, the world’s first high speed Ro-Ro ferry to use LNG as its primary fuel, the company said in its press release.
The Manufacturer award was announced at a ceremony in Hobart on 11th October and Incat will now progress to the Australian Export Award finals, with the National winner set to be announced late November.
