In January-September 2013, net income of Rosneft calculated under IFRS climbed 1.46 times to RUB 417 bln, the company’s press center says.
Revenues and equity share in profits of associates and joint ventures were up 47% to RUB 3.344 bln.
EBITDA hit RUB 674 bln (+51%, year-on-year).
Rosneft is the leader of Russia’s petroleum industry, and ranks among the world’s top publicly traded oil and gas companies. The Company is primarily engaged in exploration and production of hydrocarbons, production of petroleum products and petrochemicals, and marketing of outputs. Rosneft has been included in the Russian Government’s List of Strategic Enterprises and Organizations. The state holds 71.16% in the Company (through OJSC ROSNEFTEGAZ), while approximately 15% of shares are in free-float.
