Rosmorport signs several agreements at Transport Week - 2014
On December 4, the VIII Exhibition "Transport of Russia" got started in Gostiny Dvor exhibition centre in the framework of “Transport Week – 2014”.
During the exhibition FSUE «Rosmorport» is going to discuss and sign a range of agreements.
In the first day of the exhibition the enterprise representatives signed 5 following agreements:
- agreement with Bestway Development Group Co., Ltd (People's Republic of China) on collaboration during realization of investment project on container terminal construction in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky seaport;
- memorandum of collaboration with Damen Shipyards Group (Netherlands) in order to cooperate in the sphere of the Russian shipbuilding development, including resumption of Onezhsky shipbuilding plant operation;
- agreement of further collaboration and effective business relationship development between FSUE “Rosmorport” and SBI “International centre for children “Artek” that is to contribute to “International centre for children “Artek” material and technical resources;
- agreement with LLC “Infleet Worldwide Rus” on cooperation in the sphere of maritime cruise and ferry navigation development in the Russian Federation;
- agreement with LLC “Eastern stevedore company” covering intentions for «Reconstruction of an approach canal to berths No. 5 and 6 and berths No. 5 and 6 in Vostochny seaport” project realization;
Moreover, representatives of OJSC “LENMORNIIPROEKT”, with FSUE “Rosmorport” being the majority shareholder, also concluded 3 agreements:
- agreement with STC-Swiss Town Consult Development GmbH (Austria) covering intentions for mutual collaboration on the issues of comprehensive solutions in the sphere of river and seaports development, communication of experience and also interchange of technological developments in river and marine transport infrastructure, and in realization of projects for reconstruction/renovation of hydro-technical facilities (berths with a terminal) in Saint-Petersburg;
- agreement with LLC “Mordraga” on collaboration during designing, investigation and research in the sea transport sphere;
- agreement with Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Moscow State University of Railway Engineering” on collaboration during designing, investigation and research in the sea transport sphere.
