RF Transport Ministry issues draft compulsory regulations for Big Port St. Petersburg

RF Transport Ministry has issued draft compulsory regulations for Big Port St. Petersburg. According to the federal portal for legal information, amendments into the Order of RF Transport Ministry dated December 12, 2011 (No 311) “On Approval of Compulsory Regulations for Big Port St. Petersburg” are substantial, therefore a draft document has been developed to take into account all the amendments at Big Port St. Petersburg.
