Russia’s State Duma passes bill on line shipping

State Duma of the Russian Federation has passed in the second reading the draft law “On introduction of amendments into the Merchant Shipping Code of the Russian Federation and Articles 17, 19 of the Federal Law “On seaports of the Russian Federation and on amendments into certain legislation acts of the Russian Federation””, says the press center of the lower house of RF Parliament. The draft law is focused on improvement of legislation in respect of relations associated with transportation of freight, passengers and their luggage in the framework within line shipping.
