Admiral Grigorovich newest frigate arrived in Sevastopol after interfleet transfer from the Baltic to the Black Sea Fleet, says press center of RF Defence Ministry. It is the first ship of distant naval zone, which the Fleet had received during last 35 years.
Crew under command of Captain II rank Anatoly Velichko completely finished the programme of state trials and the flag of the Russian Navy was raised on May 11.
Admiral Grigorovich came out of the Baltiysk on April 29. During being in permanent grouping of Navy in the Mediterranean Sea, the ship confirmed its readiness for carrying out tasks in the sea as well as committed business visit on the island of Malta.
