Throughput of Arkhangelsk Sea Commercial Port down 4.4% to 678,500 t in Jan-May'16

In January-May 2016, Arkhangelsk Sea Commercial Port OJSC handled 678,500 t of cargo (-4.4%, year-on-year), the company says.

Transshipment of import cargo totaled 14,500 t (-38.5%), exports – down 42.6% to 152,500 t, short sea traffic – up 22.3% to 507,600 t.

Arkhangelsk Sea Commercial Port OJSC is a multi-profile stevedoring company of port Arkhangelsk. It specializes in transshipment of general cargo, cellulose, cardboard, containers, timber, metal, fertilizers, heavy equipment, loose and dry bulk cargo. In 2015, the company handled 1.599 mln t of cargo.
