Onega and Naryan-Mar small-sized ASW ships of the Belomorsk naval base of the Northern Fleet entered naval ranges in the White Sea to perform training tasks, says press center of RF Defence Ministry.
Ship crews will improve cooperation while performing submarine warfare in formation and will also conduct grenade launching, firing with rocket-assisted bomb launchers and torpedoes against a simulated naval target.
The training of Onega and Naryan-Mar small-sized ASW ships will last for several days. After the training the warships are to return to Severodvinsk.
