Forum DV will build oil product transshipment facility at port Vanino with annual capacity of 150,000 t

Forum DV is registered as the second resident of the Free Port in the Vanino District of the Khabarovsk Territory, says press center of the Far East Development Corporation (FEDC). Under the agreement with FEDC, the company will build a terminal for transshipment of oil products from tanks trucks to vessels at the port of Vanino. Investments into the terminal with annual capacity of 150,000 t are estimated at RUB 8.4 mln. 27 jobs are to be generated under the project.

The investor has already started the project implementation. By today, it has acquired and installed special equipment including a rack for bunkering of vessels. The permits and specifications have been approved. The terminal is to be put into operation in the end of quarter 1’ 2017.

Nikolai Zvorygin, Director General of Forum DV, comments: “Seaport of Vanino is among the most fast growing ports of Russia and has an infrastructure required for implementation of this project. RUB 18 mln has already been invested into the project implementation including RUB 12 mln dpent for the development of project documentation.”

As of today, Far East Development Corporation has received 9 applications from potential residents of the Free Port in the Vanino District of the Khabarovsk Territory. Investments under the projects are estimated at RUB 86.8 bln, number of new jobs - 1,300. The list of residents numbers 3 companies which are going to invest RUB 53.7 bln and generate 696 jobs.

Since the signing of the Federal Law on FPV, Far East Development Corporation has received 237 applications from potential residents with their investment projects exceeding RUB 300 bln. As of today, the list of residents numbers 128 companies with the scope of investments estimated at RUB 219.6 bln. More than 28,000 jobs are to be generated under those projects.
