Tatiana Karpinyan was born on June 16, 1972 in Rostov-on-Don, Rostov Oblast.
In 1994 she graduated from the Rostov State University of Economics (RSUE), with specialization in “Economics and Sociology of Labor” and was qualified as “Economist”.
From September 2011 to March 2017 she held the position of Deputy Chief Accountant - Head of Department for Accounting, Taxation and Summary Reporting of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch.
From January to March 2017 she acted as Chief Accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch without leaving her current position.
In March 2017 she was appointed Chief Accountant of the FSUE “Rosmorport” Azov Basin Branch.
