Average indicative price of heavy fuel oil is going up at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia, following the trend at the port of Rotterdam.

Bunker prices at the port of Rotterdam have surged by $16 after the holidays.

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $325 pmt (+$5). 

Average price of MGO - $563 pmt (+$5).

Average price of ULSFO - $525 pmt (+$5). 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $320 pmt and $335 pmt.
