Denis Khramov has been appointed as Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation. RF Government Order No 1245-р “About First Deputy to the Minister of Natural Resources and Environment of the Russian Federation” signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on 21 June 2018 is available at the official internet portal for legal information.
Denis Khramov will be in charge of geological and economical issues, use of subsurface resources, development of projects in the Arctic zone.
In 2014–2015, Denis Khramov was holding the post of Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environment, then he was holding the post of Deputy Chairman of NOVATEK Board.
