Average indicative bunker prices are going down at the port of Saint-Petersburg, Russia. Average fuel oil prices at the port of Rotterdam have climbed by $2-3, MGO – by $12. 

According to IAA PortNews Bunker Prices Review, bunker fuel prices at port St. Petersburg were as follows:

Average price of IFO-380 HS - $393 pmt (-$3). 

Average price of MGO - $625 pmt.

Average price of ULSFO - $585 pmt. 

IFO-380 HS price is ranging between $390 and $400 pmt, MGO – between $620 and $631 pmt.

The difference between maximum/minimum prices depends on the amount of fuel sold and its availability.
