ABP opens public consultation to preview planning proposals of the 453 acre Humber International Enterprise Park, ABP said in its press release.
It is one of the largest port development sites in the UK and has the potential to attract major distribution and manufacturing operators which will create significant employment and inward investment for the region.
To showcase fundamental infrastructure plans of the area situated between BP Chemicals at Saltend and the village of Paull, the leading port operator will host public drop-in sessions on:
• Monday, 1st October at Hedon Town Hall (4:30pm to 6pm)
• Wednesday, 3rd October at Paull Village Hall (4:30pm to 6pm)
ABP’s property team will be available to answer any queries regarding the proposals - including the development of a new road - and will take into consideration residents’ opinions and thoughts regarding it.
ABP Humber Head of Property, David Morriss, said: “It’s important we work hand-in-hand with the local community and offer an opportunity for them to be able to shape and influence the design of this major development site.
“We’re currently in early conversations with major occupiers that could potentially transform this into the most significant distribution and manufacturing hub in the North of England.”
