46 crab catchers risk not to be recognized as Russian ships due to RF Government Decree No719, IAA PortNews correspondent cites German Zverev, President of the All-Russian Association of Fishing Industry, Businessmen and Exporters, as saying at the 5^th Eastern Economic Forum in Vladivostok. 

“We are to have 46 crab catching ships built through auctions. All the 46 units are to be laid down before 1 July 2020. Here comes the risk of their non-recognition as ships of Russian origin under the requirements of the Decree No 719. That Decree should be considered”, said German Zverev.
