  Gazprom and Russian Railways outlooks changed to positive

  

  Moody's Investors Service changed the outlook of OJSC Gazprom and Russian Railways to positive from stable reflecting in particular the upgrade of the Russian Federation to Baa1 with a positive outlook.
  Their ratings at A3 are not affected. The other ratings and outlook of the Russian Government Related Issuers (GRI), namely Alrosa Co Ltd, Federal Grid, Irkut Corporation JSC, OGK5 JSC, OAO Southern Telecommunication Company, OJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Seaport, RAO UES of Russia, OJSC Oil Company Rosneft, RusHydro JSC, Sovcomflot, OAO AK Transneft are unaffected. The BCA of Sovcomflot is changed to 11 from 12 but the ratings and outlook of the issuer are unaffected. The other BCA are unchanged, Moodys.com reports according to RZD-Partner.
