Supreme Court of the Ukraine delivered the judgment for Iliichevskii Commercial Seaport (IMTP) having acknowledged termination of contract on co-operation between IMTP and ChP Ukrtranscontainer (affiliate of Russian National Container Company – NCC) lawful, PortNews IAA learnt from NCC. No comments are given in the Russian company on the matter yet.
It is necessary to point out, NCC’s press-service informed PortNews IAA earlier, in case the Supreme Court deliveres its judgment for IMTP, NCC will have the right to apply to international arbitration.
