Argus Pipeline Service (Russia) and Elastec/American Marine (the USA) delivered to LUKOIL-Nizhnevolzhskneft (Astrakhan region) air floating booms for oil spills response (OSR) and carried out corresponding training of employees, PortNews IAA learnt from Argus Pipeline Service. The cost of the deal is not disclosed.
