Oil delivery to the Ukrainian oil refineries down by 1.3%, Jan.-Oct. 2009

Oil delivery to the Ukrainian oil refineries (NPZ) decreased by 1.3% (7 mln 746.4 thousand tons) in January-October, 2009 as compared to the corresponding period of 2008. Within 10 months, 2009 five Ukrainian NPZs received 8 mln 575.4 thousand tons of crude oil (-2.2% against 2008 reporting period) taking into account vacuum gasoil, gas condensate, stated Transportation business with reference to Mintopenergo of the Ukraine.

In addition to the aforementioned, the volume of crude oil delivered at the Schebelinskii gas plant (GPZ, Khar’kov region) decreased by 6.2% (to 617.1 thousand tons) in January-October, 2009 as compared to the corresponding period of 2008.

The volume of diesel fuel produced at NPZ and GPZ increased by 6.1% (by 156.3 thousand tons), to 2 mln 740.3 thousand tons, of fuel oil - by 3.4% (by 61.3 thousand tons), to 1 mln 872 thousand tons.
