Maersk Line raises Asia to Africa rates

Maersk Line is increasing rates on its services from Asia and the Middle East to west Africa. From 15 December, prices on services from the Middle East, India and Sri Lanka to west Africa will increase by US$250 per teu.
Maenwhile, the cost of using Maersk Line to transport goods between the Far East and west Africa will also increase by $250, but this rate rise has been instigated by the Asia West Africa Trade Agreement (AWATA).
