Ust-Luga OJSC (Leningrad region) acquires a 51%-stake of Kingisep ecological company CJSC charter capital

Ust-Luga OJSC (Leningrad region) has acquired a 51%-stake of Kingisep ecological company CJSC charter capital. As per the information provided by the joint-stock, Ust-Luga OJSC did not own shares of the aforementioned CJSC. Ust-Luga OJSC partner’s interest in Kingisep ecological company CJSC charter capital changed since November 2, 2009.

Ust-Luga OJSC was established in 1992 for implementation of a project on construction of Russia’s new commercial seaport in the of the Gulf of Finland. Ust-Luga OJSC has several lines of activity related to creation of the largest in Russia multipurpose commercial seaport Ust-Luga and complex social-economic development of the territories adjacent to the port. The largest shareholders of the company are the Leningrad Region government (over 25% of shares), Absolut Group of Companies (about 16%), Novyje resursy CJSC (about 21%).
