ZIM announces rate increase

ZIM has announced a General Rate Increase, to be implemented in December and January. From Asia to North Europe, East and West Mediterranean and Black Sea it will stand at US$200 per TEU, effective December 1. From Italy to the USA, $250 per TEU and $350 per FEU, effective December 10. From Spain to the USA, $250 per TEU and $350 per FEU, effective January 1, 2010. From North Europe to the USA, $375 per TEU and $475 per FEU, effective January 1.
