Export volumes of Russian petroleum products via a transhipment complex at an external off-harbour complex of St.-Petersburg port is estimated to amount to 3,490,000 tons of fuel oil and vacuum gas-oil (VGO) in 2009 navigation, stated Valerii Eliseev, CEO of In-Transit CJSC (a stevedoring company that carries out off-harbour transhipment, in the interview with PortNews IAA.
