Unifeeder (Denmark) acquires IMCL Polish feeder operator IMCL

Danisg company Unifeeder has acquired IMCL Holding Ltd., stated the company. It is assumed the fusing will enable to offer more compatible conditions for services in North Europe.

Danish Unifeeder is the largest feeder operator in North Europe that exists in the market for over 30 лет. Company’s fleet consists of 42 vessels of 500–900 TEU capacity. Volume of sales Unifeeder amounted to about Euro 400 in 2008.

IMCL is the largest feeder operator in Poland, that carries out freight between main European ports. The company was founded in 1996. Volume of sales of IMCL amounted to Euro 50 mln in 2008.
