RF Ministry of Transport has prepared the Draft Regulation of the RF Government on ‘Introduction of changes into the RF Government Regulation N 856-r dated June 29, 2007’. As per the RF Ministry of Transport materials, the aforementioned draft regulation introduces changes into the object boundaries.
It is necessary to mention that RF Government regulation N 856-r dated June 29, 2007 ‘On Commercial passenger Seaport of St.-Petersburg opening for foreign vessels calling at the port and foundation of multi-functional permanent passenger control point via Russian Federation boarder’ defines the boundaries of the territory and water area of St.-Petersburg Passenger commercial seaport.
