Transneftservice LLC takes delivery of 2 tow-boats to operate in Kuzmino port (Primorskiy Krai)

Sea towboats Tiger and Puma arrived at the specialized port Kozmino (Promorskiy krai) under construction. They have become first vessels of auxiliary fleet of the new terminal, informed Spetsmornefteport Kozmino LLC press-center (affiliate of Transneft OJSC).

Each vessel has 3,345 h.p. Another two towboats for sea oil-port Panther and Jaguar of 5,070 h.p. each will arrive in June, 2010.

Transneft OJSC is the owner of the vessels. The towboats were built at Kerch port. Their length – 27.2 m, width – 9.8 m, hull height – 4.98 m, speed - 12 knots.


Specialized crude oil loading port Kuzmino is designed at oil receiving via railway to a railway station Gruzovaya, oil discharge from railway tanks Khmylovka village, oil pumpingto an oil terminal in Kozmino, crude oil storage and its pumping into sea tanks and further shipping to the consumers. An investor is Transneft OJSC, Spetsmornefteport Kozmino LLC. Operating company is Spetsmornefteport Kozmino LLC.
