Oil price up to $78.97 in London and to $79.14 in New York

In London, the Brent Crude contract was up by $0.21 on November 17, 2009 to $78.97 per barrel on the ICE Futures exchange. Light Sweet Crude went up by $0.24 to $79.14 on the New York Mercantile Exchange, RBC reports.
