LUKOIL-Odessa oil refinery OJSC has obtained another SLB Invest Limited loan tranche of $1.6 mln under the agreement dated November 20, 2007. As per Transport business that refers to State Committee on funds and stock market of the Ukraine, credit line close date is November 20, 2010. The creditor is SLB Invest Limited (Cyprus).
The interest rate is floating. The agreement is signed for 36 months.
Odessa oil refinery capacity is 2.8 mln tons annually, extraction depth is 71.6%. Yield of light oil products – 46.2%. In 2008 the oil refinery has refined 2.04 mln tons of oil and produced 1.96 mln tons of products. The oil refinery as well produces fuel-oil.
