Almost full recovery of cargo flow at the level of 2008 is expected in St.-Petersburg and Leningrad region in 2010, stated press-center of the Committee for transport-logistic policy with reference to Nikolay Asaul, Chairman of the committee, when reporting ‘On the strategy of transport-logistic complex development in St.-Petersburg’ at International Transport Forum ‘Transport of Russia: establishment, development, perspectives’ that took place in Moscow.
